Terms of use
Last updated: November 2026
These terms cover the free BookingBench site check. By using it you agree to them.
The site check is run by Adversity Enterprises, doing business as BookingBench. In these terms "we" and "BookingBench" mean Adversity Enterprises.
What the tool does
The site check reads the public pages of a website and reports what it finds, such as whether the home page sends guests to another booking site and whether search engines and AI assistants can read the site. The result is an automated opinion about the pages as they were at that moment. It is information, not professional, legal or search-ranking advice, and it may be incomplete or out of date.
Using it fairly
- Use it for lawful purposes, and to look at websites, not to disrupt them or us.
- Do not try to get around the limits, the human check or the other protections, and do not run it automatically or in bulk unless we have agreed that with you in writing.
- Limits apply. For example, a website can be freshly checked once a day, and there are daily limits for each visitor and for the tool as a whole. When a limit is reached the tool says so.
- We may refuse a check, or stop the tool, at any time.

No guarantees

Our content
The tool, its wording and its design belong to BookingBench. The websites you check belong to their owners; we do not claim any rights in them.
